Product Return & Refund Standards

At B R Tech Industrial Equipment, we are committed to providing high-quality industrial components. To maintain our engineering standards, we follow a strict return policy:

• Eligibility for Return: Returns are only accepted for items in their original, unopened manufacturer packaging with the factory seal intact.

• 7-Day Inspection Period: Customers must inspect all items upon delivery. Any physical damage or quantity discrepancy must be reported to our Umm Al Quwain office within 7 calendar days.

• Technical Goods Exclusion: Electrical components (PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and Sensors) cannot be returned once they have been powered up or installed.

• Restocking Fee: A standard restocking fee of 15% to 25% (based on the brand) will be applied to all authorized returns.

• Refund Process: Once the item passes our technical inspection, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10-14 working days.

• Non-Returnable Items: Special procurement or “Indent” items (imported specifically for your order) are non-returnable.
