Order Modification & Cancellation Protocol

• Stock Items: Orders for standard inventory can be cancelled within 4 hours of placement, provided the shipment has not left our facility.

• Special Orders: Orders for custom-procured parts from global OEMs cannot be cancelled once the Purchase Order (PO) is processed.

• Cancellation Charges: If a cancellation is accepted after processing, a 5% administrative fee will be deducted from the refund.

• Refunds on Cancellation: Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment source. Cash payments are refunded via bank transfer only.
