General Terms of Sale & Service

By issuing a Purchase Order to B R Tech, you agree to the following legally binding terms:

• Quotations: All prices quoted are valid for 7 calendar days due to fluctuating international exchange rates.

• Payment Terms: Standard terms are Advance Payment or COD unless a corporate credit account is formally approved.

• Limited Liability: B R Tech is a distributor. We are not liable for production downtime, loss of profits, or indirect damages resulting from component failure.

• Warranty: All products carry the manufacturer’s standard warranty. B R Tech will facilitate claims, but the final decision rests with the OEM.

• Ownership: Goods remain the property of B R Tech Industrial Equipment until the invoice is paid in full.

• Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Umm Al Quwain, United Arab Emirates.
